By accessing or using SaaSLeads ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Subscription and Payment

Free trial accounts have limited features. Paid subscriptions provide access to full features. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SaaSLeads and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
